Clean, rooms with a good size, all air conditioned. Some of them for 3 or 4 people perfect for a family. Very good breakfast. They have also good wifi. But most of all they provide a great service in particular the lady who runs the place who deserves 5 stars for everything she does.

Very nicely decorated Riad, in typical Moroccan style. The service is very friendly and breakfast is very good. There is a small swimming pool inside. It's very well located: a 10-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa.

I loved staying here. The Riad is simple and charming with everything you need to be comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly and will help you with whatever you need. The neighborhood is well located in close walking distance to the Medina but without the ridiculous crowds that you'll find inside the walls. Breakfast was very good, mich better than any cafe we found. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff is very nice and helpful, the patio is very charming where you can enjoy your breakfast next to the pool. However the room I got, is a little disappointing, I don't care about the size but the sink is extremely small to even wash my hands properly, shower is too small that my body always touch the curtain and water could splash everywhere. Maybe it is just this room that is bad and located just next to the kitchen and there's a window in my bathroom that is open to the dining area, I believe they have other nice rooms to be fair. To be honest, I feel kinda not comfortable in it, privacy and I think the guests and staff can easily hear me from outside too. But I have to be fair to the lady staff who is very nice and deliver good service!!!

Excellent location to access the main points of interest in the city. The rooms are big and the food is excellent. The host helped to get to know the local culture and all attractions like camel rides can be booked with them. We had this experience during Ramadan which helped to get to know a little bit of religion as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
