Stop your search, you’ve found it. This is it. I can only confirm what the positive reviews had to say. This Riad was stunning. Every second felt like a dream. Reality is suspended and I felt like I was in a cloud. First things first, the Hotel is gorgeous and is an oasis of calm in the middle of busy Marrakech. No hordes of tourists, no olfactory overload, no noise, no pollution. You can hear the water in the fountains, discrete birdsong and your own thoughts. You see the sunlight through the leaves of the orange trees. The delicate scent of jasmine and orange blossom is now a core memory of mine. The Riad is well located. It’s in a calm area within the Medina, but we could walk everywhere. It wasn’t hard to find once we made our way once or twice. Our room was beautiful, and like the Riad itself, it was tastefully decorated. It was made impeccable by the cleaning team every single day. I actually saw them in action and can guarantee I’ve never seen this standard of cleanliness anywhere. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and functional, and the views of the courtyards were so inspiring. It felt so luxurious and tasteful. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. We could take our breakfast anywhere in the Riad and I gotta say, we were spoiled for choice. It’s stunning. Furthermore the staff jumped into action whenever we needed. So efficiently, and yet so calmly. They were so kind that it felt like we were family. Big thanks to everyone for making these holidays unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough. Given I can’t live at Riad Adore, I’ll confidently say I’ll visit again.

Wish I could give this Riad more than 5 stars.. it was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. The location is in the heart of the Medina and you have to take a few winding roads (1 min walk) from the Main Street but after doing it a few times it’ll be second nature. The street does get dark though but there’s a sweet security guard who will walk you to your Riad every night after sunset. Staff is phenomenal, they treat you like family and go above and beyond. There is also an in-house hammam and massage which I would highly recommend. 67Euros if you book them both ahead of time. Free breakfast which is hot and with custom omelette. Wi-Fi throughout the property is outstanding. The entire property smells like orange blossom and jasmine. Truly a luxurious experience. Will be forever staying here if I ever return back to Marrakech.

Very welcoming staff, calm and peaceful Riad in busy Marrakech Medina. We had dinner there upon arrival and the food was excellent, authentic and fresh. I also highly recommend the hammam/massage combo.

Absolutely gorgeous riad in the heart of it all. The staff here is attentive and welcoming. Immediately upon arrival they offered us some delicious cookies and mint tea. Then showed us all around.

A lovely beautiful Riad in a good location. We stayed in the Emma room on the ground floor. The staff were lovely and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The breakfast was also delicious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
