First trip to Marrekash, group of 14 people with small children. We booked the entire Riad and stayed for 3 nights. The Riad is beautiful and the location is great, right in Khasbah. Everything was near by but personally that’s not what makes this Riad special. It’s the people who work and look after the Riad that made it special for me. First of all Yasin is down to earth and always super helpful, gave us some great recommendations, what to look out for while I Marrakesh as it was our first trip. He was super welcoming and always available to help when needed. The ladies that made us breakfast were very nice and again always willing to help. Hicham again is also super helpful gave really good advice to our group and also made our stay extra special. We felt like 3 days was not enough but we had made other plans to go to other parts of Morocco. If we didn’t we would have probably stayed at the Riad longer. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Marrakesh then this is the place because the staff at this Riad will make your stay worthwhile and everything is nearby

We didn't have a good experience. The rooms were cold !!! The air conditioner was out if order. They promised to fix, but it stayed the same. The rooms were old and not inviting , and the shower had a very low streaming water. The manager was rude and not helpful. The breakfast was good, and the night watcher , Yassin, was very nice and kind, but couldn't solve the problems. We had a bad experience for us.

We loved our stay at Riad Adrar - it was in a good location and for the price it was exceptional value. The staff treated us amazingly well - and the breakfast was delicious - we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wow love it had the best stay there my room was nice and cool always staff were amazing very helpful and made amazing breakfasts the ladies who work there were hands on brilliant service gonna miss then sukina was a good manager give the place 20 out of ten

We stayed for 8 days and we loved it. The best breakfast, the kitchen lady is 5*. The riad was very clean. The manager was very friendly and helped us on our trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
