Staying at this place with friends and what amazing welcome we have from their staff there really looks out for you . The room was spot on with a clean .. breakfast absolutely delicious . It was easy to arrange transport from their airport pick up to the hotel and back I will definitely recommend that place!!!! To anyone who travelled to visit Marrakesh

This was our 6th visit to Marrakech and Riad Agdim is the 8th or 9th place we have stayed over a 10 year period. Tarik and his team like 99% of Moroccans are friendly and helpful. Riad Agdim however is in the cleanest and most relaxing establishment I have stayed at in Morocco. As a regular business visitor to Marrakech I feel like I can navigate the souks well and I’m used to the day vs night atmosphere. The location to a first time visitor may seem overwhelming at first, but I promise the location is central enough to the square without compromising the peace and quiet. My only concern was about the l description, I very nearly cancelled because the listing said “shared bathroom”. I can confirm each room has a spacious and clean en suite and each of the supplies are replenished daily along with the beds being made etc. There is a spacious shared living room, roof terrace and a spare / shared WC. I highly recommend Riad Agdim and will likely return on a future visit.

Wonderful Riad, perfectly located, both near the Jemaa el fna square and far enough away for peace of mind. Tarik our host is more than helpful as are all the staff. The breakfast normally served at 8 a.m. has been moved up to 7 a.m. to accommodate us as we leave for an excursion. Warmly recommended! Thanks again for everything

Me and 2 friends stayed at the Riad for 4 nights and had an amazing Time. Tariq is just the best, very welcoming and all round Nice guy who helped us with any queries we had, from how to arrange excursions to what's the reasonable prices we should pay for taxis etc as to not get ripped off. Rooms were cleaned everyday and breakfast was lovely. Very quiet riad and just a 2 min walk to the square. Thanks for a pleasant stay 🙂

We had a very nice stay here during our time in Marrakech on both sides of a trip to the desert. The rooms were spacious and had good air conditioning and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even let us store some luggage there for the time we were in the desert. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time so I recommend paying close attention to the instructions they provide. The location is excellent just 2 minutes walk from the main square of the Medina which is lovely.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
