I stayed with my family during summer holidays for a couple of nights and it was nice. You really feel like living in a very traditional moroccan environment cause the architecture, the style and the visuals are very classic. There's A/C, good homemade moroccan meals and a very gentle and kind housekeeper who was an awesome treat. I recommend it!

No words for Raid Aicha. In the Heart of the old Medina, the hospitality here with Leo and his team is one of a kind. There are no words to describe the warmth, customer service, and hospitality here.You want the real feeling of old Marrekish, Raid Aicha is the place to be. With an amazing Host Leo and Fatima , who genuinely care for all thier Guest. Explore the old Madina with the experience of authentic and homey feel in Raid Aicha. Leo can get you arranged with the best tours from local horse back riding to visiting the sahra dessert trips. Great to have a multi Language Host that has a great knowledge of the city. Location is in the heart of the old town. Great breakfast, got to meet freat people feom all around the world. And Leo is expectional in assisting his guests! He even checks in to ensure their adventures are as magical as the city! Would recommend Riad Aicha is Gem!

Best experience to stay here. Amazing atmosphere and cozy room. Loek is the best host that i have ever met. You will feel very welcome in Marrakech and you will have a feeling like home to stay in Riad Aicha.

Lovely historic riad, restored very well. Terrific host and staff. Good value. In a quite less touristy corner of Marrakesh's Medina, yet an easy walk to the center. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
