The lady who took us to the Riad seemed nice, the Riad itself was ok,but nowhere close to the standard compared to the Riads that we’ve stayed in before, the location was awful and definitely not the most pleasant walk to the Jemaa El-Fnaa Square. Despite the above we would’ve not minded the cons and would’ve stayed as we’ve been in Morocco before and knew what to expect,but we’ve got a call from back home and had to rush to the airpot, we were shocked when we mentioned that we have an emergency back home and instead of offering to help us get to the airport/suggest a taxi, we have been questioned in a rude manner if we didn’t like the place. They just spoke to each other in the local language and we just had to walk ourselves out of the Riad feeling guilty just because the people in the Riad have no sympathy towards people who have received bad news and clearly all they care is themselves. Luckily we managed to find someone to take care of things back home while at the airport and came back to Marrakech, we didn’t even go back to this Riad as we were sent off in a rude manner and quite frankly the Riad was awful compared to others, we have now got a last minute Riad which is 10x times nicer and the owners are very nice and friendly.

Incredible place! Everyone in the staff team is very welcoming, friendly and professional! Rooms are always clean and the accommodation are very cozy and beautiful. Definitely will come back to this place! Thanks a lot to everyone that made our staying there an amazing experience!!!

We were staying there 4 nights, everything was perfect. Rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious, the accommodation is fantastic. The pool was a bit cold, but definitely refreshing in a 40 degrees weather :D Hassna is super friendly and helpful. She speaks every languages fluently and perfectly :) thanks for everything. Highly recommended:)))

Away in Morocco for a few days, we decided to stay in this Riad. Food was great very tasty but pricey. At breakfast time it was quite intense because it was very very silent while we ate. The rooms we're in very decent condition and the beds were very comfortable. From where I am in the UK, we can drink tap water. In Morocco the chlorine in the water makes it hard to drink for me. However there was bottles of water being sold downstairs in the eating area. If you need any toilet rolls or bottles of water talk to the staff will be willing to help you.

Wonderful magical place an experience that surprises in all ways. Fantastic local dishes better than any of the restaurants are a must to be enjoyed. Lovely atmosphere nothing too much trouble for the staff who made our stay memorable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
