I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were clean and beautiful. It gave me the feeling that I was back in time. The staff and food was exceptional. The staff treated us like a family. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Worth the visit just for that. The location is great as it is in the heart of the market. At first I did find it quite difficult to comprehend that I had to walk through the market to get to the hotel. I guess that's what makes it more exciting.

Exceeded my expectations. A lovely Riad which has kept as many of the original features as possible. Asad and Abdul made the whole Morocco experience easy for us with local recommendations, ability to book excursions directly and tips throughout our stay. The staff are all lovely. The breakfast variety was amazing and always filling. A very comfortable stay. Only slight downside I would say is the poor ventilation in the shower room but for the price we can't complain. Will definitely be visiting again!

My stay at Riad Al Mamoune was one of the best experiences I've had in terms of accommodation. The place is beautiful, quiet, clean, safe, very well located in the Medina of Marrakech, the breakfast is incredible and the hosts are always ready to help with anything. This was my first time in Marrakech and the Riad and the staff made me feel at home. I definitely recommend it!

If I could give this another star I would! We had the most incredible experience here. The host Asad, & Abdul were the most welcoming, genuine & friendly people. They made our stay so special & provided so many recommendations & even took us to the best places in the markets. On top of that, the Riad is stunning & in such a great location, in the heart of the Medina. This was our favourite place we stayed in Morocco & maybe on any trip! i would highly recommend!!

Asad was the perfect host, making our stay memorable. Abdul helped us with everything. Breakfasts were large and delicious, our room charming and very comfortable, and the internet reliable. Safety is a given. The Riad Al Mamoune has an excellent location within the walkable Medina. Just watch out for the motorcycles! Easy access back to the main square. Nomad, a good, trendy restaurant is around the corner from the Riad. My granddaughter and her friends stayed here in 2022 and recommended it highly to us in 2024. Without any hesitation, I pass on that highest recommendation to you. An unforgettable experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
