The riad was generally pleasant, offering a simple yet charming experience true to the local culture. However, both our room and our friends' room had an issue with clogged bathtubs, which was a bit inconvenient and uncomfortable

Our stay at this riad was unbelievable. The riad was super clean, had amazing staff, and fit all 12 of us comfortably. Communication between us and Phillipp and Ms Amal was super easy and they were able to arrange taxis along with delicious breakfasts for us everyday. The riad is very conveniently located and you can walk around the medina easily. Best trip ever. Thank you so much for having us!

Staying in this Riad is definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakesh. The place is beautiful as you can see from the pictures. Also very clean and safe. The location is perfect as well, as it is right in the Médina, but in a quiet street. So you don’t get the street noise at night. The staff are super sweet, very helpful and always there when we needed help. The breakfast was amazing. And they served it at the time we wanted it, even when we had a very early start of the day. 5 stars!!!

I would definitely stay here again! No frills riad with five bedrooms each with a bathroom. Ms. Amal and Muhammed welcomed us and were available anytime!

Riad Almoulouk is one of the most authentic riads in Marrakesh. It has beautiful rooms and a fantastic terrace. The staff is super friendly. I can recommend it without hesitation!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
