We stayed here for a week and would highly recommend this Riad. Located in the Kasbah it’s a bit quieter than the central medina but still very close. Cedric, Florence and Azddine treated us like family, we felt at home and comfortable. You will feel the same, with extra touches like helping us with our laundry, buying spices at local prices! The dinner at the Riad we had one night was the best tagine we have had in Morocco so far.

Riad al Nubala provided us with a very pleasant experience during our four-night stay in Marrakech. Located in a recently renovated building close to one of the most visited tourist attractions, Jemaa el-Fna Square, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle, Riad al Nubala skillfully blends the Moroccan style of a traditional riad with the modern luxury of a prestigious establishment. Both the owner and the staff were impeccable in their treatment of us. Extremely kind and friendly, they gave us useful advice and helped with everything we needed, making us feel among friends. A special thank you to Florence, Cédric, and Azdinne! Everything is very clean and new, from the rooms to the linens and towels. The facilities worked perfectly (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water). The breakfast is very good and filling, with fresh, local ingredients. I highly recommend this riad!

We had a last minute change of our travel plan to stay in Marrakech for one extra day. Our initial riad was fully booked and we found Riad Al Nubala just around the corner. The hosts Cedric and Florence were very friendly and helpful to show us the riad and the room available. The riad opened very recently, everything was brand new and the design of the riad were of great taste and quality (the rooms/terrace/facilities etc - there were even cotton pads and ear buds in the bathroom). What impressed us the most was the breakfast - so many varieties and all super nicely prepared and served. It would be great if we had stayed just here throughout our time in Marrakech! All the best and wish to stay with you again if we visit Marrakech next time.

Beautiful Riad. It is freshly made end of 2022, so everything is new. It is super clean everywhere. The hosts are so warm hearted and kind, it is like you visit your friend at his home. I can recommend it with hesitation. Thanks to Florence, Cedric and Azzdine for everything.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
