Really well located, next to the market down an alleyway but it’s more than safe (group of 3 girls) service was average - man on the night shift is really lovely and the chefs are wonderful. The lady on the day time shift is very pushy and if you don’t buy her packages she gets very rude and dismissive. She initially refused to accept my card and walk me to the uber (although it was the initial agreement) because we did not want to opt if for the packages. Riad is 10/10 for its price point, super safe. very quiet, not for loud people as the walls are thin

Beautiful Riad! The inner patio with the pool and the trees is lovely, as well as the rooms. The staff is very welcoming and kind! We had a hammam and massage in the Riad that was so relaxing! Very nice breakfast as well!

This riad is absolutely stunning and a great place for a romantic holiday. It's located within the old town and it's in a very clean and safe street full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are immaculate and decorated to perfection. The only thing that made the experience less than ideal was the staff which weren't as friendly or welcoming as other places we have visited in Marrakech. The room was done only one day in our three night stay and I felt like the host was too adamant to sell they private tours to us. We ended up getting one and paid more than what's advertised after being promised that everything was all inclusive and this tour was "different".

A fantastic 3 night stay to open our trip in Morocco. This Riad has everything you need for a perfect stay - comfortable rooms, great location (we had a driver so for us it was very easy), amazing service, great breakfast. Aziz welcomed us with tea and some great jokes, the rest of the team was also fantastic throughout the entire stay. We booked the Hammam with massage and dinner and it was absolutely incredible. We send our warm greetings to Aziz, Mohammad and the rest of the team and thank you for everything!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
