Lovely place. We had the top room which was wonderful. The service was fantastic too. Only minor thing that could be improved is the breakfast which gets a little repetitive after a few days. Thank you so much!

Great hostel, clean and modern but still Moroccan charm. Manager is welcoming. Rooftop is nice. You get a bottle of water too in your room. Their conversion rate is a little higher than the locals use. Owners, like most riads are foreigners, here they're French and Swiss. If you don't want to bring your luggage in, there is usually a guy right before you get into the little street with a carrier you can pay him some Dirhams to help you out but otherwise, rolling it isn't that bad but if you have a lot or are older, this can help. It's very close to everything you need to get to walking distance. You can get to Jemma El-fna in about 10-15 minutes walk and you can get there many ways including 2 really great alleyways to walk in for your shopping needs and tons of cafes, restaurants and other little shops right down the street from the riad. Breakfast food was simple but you got what you needed. Some Moroccan carbs of course, yogourt, fresh pressed orange juice, some fruits and coffee. Wifi was good everywhere including the rooftop. Speaking of which, is very cute with some sun chairs, some outdoor furniture and a small pool that looks like a jacuzzi but isn't heated - I'm sure this feels great when it's 40C weather. Rooms are big, we had a 2 person room and a 3 person room and it's a little bigger than another riad we stayed at so it was comfortable for everyone. We ended up doing the hammam and massage here instead of in town for convenience and safety (not walking home at night) and getting quality and I'm glad we did. It was amazing and you get the full time, I heard some other places screw you over. It was clean, I heard her cleaning the hammam for a good while after the massage, I just asked my masseuse at some point to close the door and I could barely hear outside. Just a note, for the hammam, you can be 2-3 in here, you get this throw away super loose cotton "thong" that looks like it's made for a sumo wrestler and a robe. You go topless in there, and that "thong" WILL move around so if you're going with friends or family in there, just be comfortable with that.

We stayed in this lovely riad from 8th January until the 11th January, from the minute we arrived in the front door we knew that we had made the right choice. It was in the centre of the old town of Marrakech and there was so much to do and see, the people are friendly and polite and you are made very welcome. We did an excursion to the Atlas mountains and enjoyed such views, would definitely recommend this riad to friends.

The owner support and suggestions made the difference for my first time in Marrakesh because I just had a few days in the city. The supper was superb and the experience of the massage at the Riad was just what I need to relax after the long trip to the desert.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
