As a Raid in Marrakesh as well as the staff, especially Sabir. This Raid deserves a 5 stars rating. However its very hard to reach. There is no signs and the locals are super unfriendly in that neighborhood. They will ask for money and follow you around which will be annoying. Otherwise the raid itself has delicious breakfast, a pool. Very modern and friendly people.

Riad Baba Ali was absolutely perfect. My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights and could not have enjoyed our time more. Lamia and Mohammed were extremely helpful, always giving us tips on best places to go and made the entire experience so relaxing. The riad also had a driver, Hamid who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The riad is like an oasis and the food is great. Whenever I return to marrakech, I will always try to stay here!

Upon arrival with a confirmed booking printed in our hands, the Riad told us they could not give us a room because a group of travelers had arrived. So our room was no longer available. The guy of the Riad was unwilling to solve the issue or even let us in so we could at least find another place for the night. They really left us in the street at 9.30 PM. We ended up taking a taxi to the Radisson Blu hotel. Riad Baba Ali was really the worst experience in hospitality and professionalism ever.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and as part of the deal was our car being looked after. I asked on arrival if our car would be ok as very dangerous area and the hotel owner said he would look after the cost of ensuring it gets looked after. The next morning we woke up to the car scratched on every panel. The owner came to the police station to report the issue and told us that all costs would be paid for by the hotel. He turned his phone off and blocked us and was not contactable which cost us About €1000. Worst experience and wouldn’t recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
