Nice place in the centre and kind people. however there was a little smell sometimes. I gave 4 because I think that it is a bit too expensive for marrakech prices compared to other riads

Great riad with quirky rooms and friendly staff. It takes a little while to get used to walking through the little alleyways to get to the main square, but once you get your bearings, it is not that bad. Also close to most attractions. The pool on the roof too is tiny!! Good for a dip but not to swim in.

Really lovely place, cleanliness was great and the staff were very friendly. Just be aware the rooms are small, we were in a superior and it was small. We also had to move rooms half way through. The locks on the doors don’t work so there is no way of locking the door from the inside, we found a deadbolt at the bottom after we had a guest come into our room at 12 at night even though we thought it was locked! Great place to experience marrakech, but very little privacy, you can hear everything in the rooms. The riad is a little expensive for what it is.

The two rooms we were given were a bit smaller than we expected but to be fair sufficient. They were clean and tidy and were cleaned everyday based on our convenience, You have to always knock on the main door of the riad to be allowed in and we felt very safe and comfortable here. There is a small pool/large jacuzzi, whatever you wanna call it which isn't large for swimming in but perfect for a few people to cool down and very convenient and accessible. Located very centrally in the old part. But since the roads are narrow, the taxi leaves you about 2 min walk from the riad. Not an issue if you're able and can walk and no problem for us but if you need something more accessible, do check if this will be convenient. The food was pretty good on the occasions we had lunch. The most exceptional thing here was the service from the staff. We had been told to be wary of staff in general in riads. But we stayed here for 12 days and cannot fault one single person. Everyone had big smiles on their faces, and always eager to help or answer questions, and accommodate our needs. Everyone made us feel VERY comfortable and if anything, added a very very positive spin to our holiday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
