This is a beautiful place with wonderful staff. They were very helpful and I truly appreciate the kindness that I was shown here. I recommend it fully. It’s still new so there’s a bunch of things to explore. Otman was especially wonderful. He was a great joy and I’m looking forward to seeing him again.

I booked a room with them. Because they think I booked at a low price it was canceled on the reservation. Not very good signs about accommodation.

Medium range, clean, rooms well maintened, some around the patio, others at first floor. Some bathrooms would need more room and light. Beds of a good size, and comfortable. Sheets and blankets ok. A/C condition not for heating. Good breakfast. Orange juices not industrials. Baked eggs too. There is a terrace on top but not in service when we were there. 20 minutes walk from the famous Jemaa-El Fna, where the...action goes on specially after noon (snakes deserve a long nap because the hard day and night performance, but fast and.... 'furious' Tuk Tokers are already at your service from a sunrise more or less).Not far - 5 minutes walk trying not to be crashed by crazy too much-speeding scooters popping up from any angle of the Medina- a restaurant with good food served kindly, and of a good digestion either (Terrasse La Medersa). At night we slept fantastically because no noises around, but it depends on who are the other customers that eventually stay at your front door, or aside. Worth of what we paid for staying in this riad.

Great riad. Good clean rooms, decent bathroom with hot water. Nicebreakfast and helpful staff. 20 min walk to the main square and most of the main sights

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
