Ideal location with beautiful rooftop view of Jemaa el-Fnaa. Very clean rooms! Unfortunately a bit noisy. Sensational service! Nice and helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast. I lacked an egg or a piece of meat to satiate myself for a bit longer. Although at the last breakfast I noticed that some guests received eggs, so maybe it's just worth asking. Overall, I would recommend

In all of my travels, I've never experienced such incredible hospitality as we did at Riad Andalla. The Riad is beautiful and has been recently renovated. Traditional Moroccan dinner available on the rooftop every night. Unlimited water bottles included. But the best part of our experience staying here was the hospitality of the staff! Always at our service and would organize any transportation. Even available via WhatsApp to help make sure you got the best deals in the souks (or if you got lost)! Fantastic stay - couldn't recommend more.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, we should have stayed longer. Youness was so helpful and pleasant. He made himself totally available to us even helping us after his scheduled work hours. Because of the above the ordinary help Youness provided, we will definitely remember RIAD ANDALLA on our next trip to Morocco!!

Riad Andalla has the best service, every person was making sure I was fine all the time and providing all necessary advices. Room was very confortable and beautiful. The reserved optional dinner they offer is amazing. I was able to work during my stay Internet worked fine all the time. The location is almost in front of the plaza so its perfectly convenient. The have a beautiful terrace with view to the Medina and sunset. I totally recommend this Riad.

We were lucky to cancel the Road we originally booked and we were led to Riad Andalla. Location was perfect, near to Jema El Fnaa, view was amazing, you can see the Khotoubia from where you will eat your breakfast. Most of all, the amazing staff ( especially Hakim) who always make sure everything is okay and your stay will be comfortable. The Riad is very clean, very organized kitchen and everyday they clean the rooms. We will definitely be back again. See you in winter. 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
