Great place to stay in terms of location + views inside. We stayed here for 3 days, and it does not have hot water or water pressure at all, especially if you are not on the ground floor. Moreover, after asking management to comment on it while there, they said the pressure/heat was “normal”. Just something to keep in mind, that you will have a great stay from other aspects but you will be forced to take cold showers. For us, we just went to a Hammam during our stay instead to actually get a normal shower.

Absolutely magical experience in Riyad Armelle. Beautiful rooms and amenities, professional and very attentive staff, delicious breakfast. It is located on the outskirts of Medina, away from noice and madness and yet close enough to dive right in once you are ready to go and explore. If you are a light sleeper and like to sleep in, you may want to ask not to be accommodated as it gets a bit loud as of 8am when breakfast starts (if you are in one of the rooms on the first floor with doors and windows facing the inner yard). Two carefour stores are brief 15-20 minutes walk away. Rooftop is perfect for long conversations into the night with some vine and amazing maroccan dessert. Delightful stay indeed.

This riad is absolutely beautiful with a staff who is beyond courteous and helpful. My husband and I checked in after a 3-day tour to the Sahara Desert, so best believe we were in need of some relaxation. Riad Armelle did not disappoint. We were greeted by a welcoming host who brought us to our room that was filled with gorgeous Moroccan designs, furnishings, and scents in the toiletries. And after being in the desert, the room's A/C certainly didn't hurt either. Make time for the beautiful rooftop when you're here as well as the riad's included breakfast. Their pastries, jams, egg, and fresh squeezed juice made the perfect start to our day, especially before stepping back out into the craze of the medina.

Perfect place for a romantic week in Marrakesh. The hosts were really nice and funny. They know how to make you feel special. We appreciated the amazing work done on the renovation and choice of furniture. The roof terrace was a major plus and of course the location is amazing as central to the Medina.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
