Such a nice Riad with friendly staff! Everyone at the Riad was so lovely and accommodating, they even helped to prepare breakfast early on the morning we had to leave. We stayed here 2 nights and really enjoyed the Riad and breakfast. The price is great and the location is very central and easy to get around in the Medina, would definitely recommend.

I am really satisfied with my choice. The place was wonderful! Mustafa and Ahmed were very helpful and kindy! The ladies who are cleaning and preparing the breakfast as well. All crew was perfect. The room was carefully cleaned. Food well prepared, delicious breakfast. I cannot complain! I strongly recommend Riad Assala for staying in Marrakesh. I hope to be able to book it again soon!

The people who run this Riad are lovely! Super knowledgable about the area, helpful in all ways, accommodated our jet lag last minute request for dinner. Their Riad is stunningly beautiful, super quiet and pristine. Fabulous respite in the hectic wonderfulness of Marrakech!

My husband and I have just spent a week at Riad Assala. We were overwhelmed at how kind and helpful the staff were from start to finish. Ahmed personally came to collect us from our taxi down the road, insisting on taking both our heavy cases. Ahmed and other staff – Fatima and Mustafa - then welcomed us with delicious mint tea and discussed my gluten free diet, of which they had no problem accommodating. In fact, they went out of their way to provide me each day with ample, good quality gluten-free bread to accompany my breakfast and other meals. The dining service was second to none and the food delicious. All the staff were incredibly kind and courteous and bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. We noticed how particularly good the staff were with young children too. When we were ready to leave, the staff arranged transport for us to the airport and again Ahmed personally took us (and cases) to the meeting point, ensuring we were safely in the vehicle with our luggage.. The staff are such lovely people and we will remember them all with fondness. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Riad Assala for any age-groups. Many thanks to all staff at Riad Assala. We very much appreciate all your huge efforts in making our stay in Marrakech so great.

I was amazed by the Riad. It has a very characteristic structure. It colored ,traditional style with modern details. The price is very reasonable according to the service and standards. The staff are courteous and friendly. I would like to visit again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
