It was a beautiful stay in Riad Aventurine! The courtyard has my heart and the rest of the riad was just seamlessly complementing the Aventurine serenity. I absolutely loved the old time charm of the place, the woodwork, the mosaics, the terrace with its magnificent views. It's so homely, and earthy, and it's truly an oasis in the middle of the Marrakech chaos. The Riad is run by an amazing amazing host! True to every word in all the wonderful reviews online regarding the famous Fatima! She is very helpful, and gave us a much more reliable map to help navigate the Medina. Would definitely recommend, and I'm surely going back!

Following a work trip to Morocco, my girlfriend and I planned a 3 day holiday in Marrakech. We wanted to stay in a traditional Moroccan riad and came across Riad Aventurine which looked great from the photos and was very well located. We were blown away with how beautiful Riad Aventurine is. The interiors, the inner courtyard with pool, the rooftop terrace with plants in pots and views across the city where we had breakfast. Amazing to be so close to the exciting madness of Jemaa el-Fnaa in Marrakech, while staying in this beautiful haven in the heart of the city. The hosts were incredibly helpful too, meeting us on route to guide us to the property and providing local advice as visitors for good food and places to visit. Thank you so much Fatima and Soufiane! We hope to stay with you again when next in Marrakech!

The place is very nice, well maintained, breakfast is very good, service is 10/10. I was searching for a place to stay and suddenly bumped into this riad. I really advise you to stay here. The roof terrace is breathtaking in the morning/evening. Thanks 🙏

Our family of five had a great stay at this fantastic Riad. The location is perfect for all the main sights and Fatima and Soufiane are wonderful hosts.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay here! Fatima and Soufian were incredible hosts and made our stay truly wonderful. The property is gorgeous, amenities were great, and the value is incredible. I hope to come back again soon!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
