I went to Riad Azalia for 5 days with a friend and the experience was absolutely great. The rooms are really big and so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing (we ate SO MUCH!!). And the service was a 10/10. Dounia, Fatima and her colleagues were so friendly and thoughtfull. We felt seriously like home and we didn't want to come back! They helped us when we needed info about the city and about events we wanted to go, and if we needed anything else, they were there always ready to help us. Thank you so much Riad Azalia, we are going to come back, we hope really soon!!

Excellent riad in this price range! Very friendly and accommodating English-speaking staff, comfy, clean rooms and nice glassed-in terrace room (with airco/heaters) to enjoy breakfast, or you can eat outside in warmer weather.

We stayed here for two nights to explore Marrakech. The riad has probably seen better days, but it's super conveniently located close to the main square and in the heart of the medina. The service is helpful and they picked us up and dropped us off at the beginning and end of our stay. There's a nice rooftop terrace for breakfast. Make sure to bring earplugs as the mosque is right next door.

The Riad manager upon the check in was very helpful, the size of the room was big and the location was very close to the main square. The room wasn't so clean (few bugs in the room and hair on the bed sheets) and it wasn't refurbished. No toiletries provided.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
