My friend and I have just spend 4 days at this hidden gem of a guest house in the heart of the Medina. I was enchanted from the moment I arrived at the airport and was met by a driver organised by the hotel. All the staff without exception were friendly, smiling and curteous. I wish I had asked for the name of the young chap who seemed to be the manager as he was exceptionally helpful with his advice, his patience with all our questions, and he organised/booked all our trips, visits and restaurant reservations. Being in the heart of the Medina with all the sights, sounds and smells was perfect and just magical. Evenings on the rooftop and one evening meal were enchanting experiences. Riad Azoulay was spotless and the food was delicious. I will be delighted to return here one day

Riad Azoulay is a fantastic place to relax after a fully day walking around Marrakech. The building itself is nicely preserved and gives you that authentic Riad feeling. The room (we stayed in the Junior Suite) was comfortable, clean and well decorated. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they are always happy to help you with a smile. The breakfasts and dinners (both home cooked by a fantastic kitchen team) are just that extra touch that the place needs to get the 5 stars. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Riad Azoulay from September 5th-11th, and it if we’re a normal stay I would write a raving review as it’s a beautiful place run by beautiful people. The food prepared by the chef was top notch, and Abdul and Ishmael were there to treat us with a smile and green tea everyday… but this was not a normal stay. On September 8th at 11:11pm we were hit with a 6.8 magnitude earthquake. Abdullah, Amin, Seid, and Mehdi, all acted calmly, but with haste and made sure all of the guests were safely escorted through the rubble and collapsing buildings to the square. They left no one behind. When we were in the square, they made sure the guests and others in the square had water and blankets. I see this staff as heroes. I cannot say enough about the efforts of the Riad Azoulay staff. If I am ever back in Marrakech, I will be sure to stay here again. Thank you.

With an extremely courteous staff and a beautiful facility, Riad Azoulay was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and the dinners were some of the most delicious meals we've eaten in a while. The Riad was walking distance to Bahia Palace, multiple marketplaces, and great little restaurants. The employees genuinely cared about the quality of our stay both in and out of the Riad and always checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our visit. Outstanding location and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Azoulay. The staff is wonderful and so nice. The breakfasts were great and we loved the location. Super convenient to walk anywhere everywhere in the old city. We stayed for our honeymoon and they upgraded us! The roof terrace is amazing as well. Can’t say enough great things about this Riad.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
