This riad is a slightly hidden secret. It was a beautiful space and it was almost a perfect joy to stay here for 10 nights over Christmas 23. The staff were generous and helpful in so many ways. Layla was delightful and full of joy and keenness to make our stay as best as it could be. The night manager was a lovely person to greet us each evening. The other staff were very friendly and did a great job keeping things running smoothly and the place clean. I strongly recommend staying here as everything in the centre is on the doorstep and there are many restaurants within 10 minutes. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the room on the second floor I stayed in lacked sound insulation and the chairs on the breakfast terrace above were dragged from 7.30am some mornings. I needed more rest 😁. I was still sad to leave and have thought about the warmth of the place every day since I left. Jamie 🍍

We loved our stay here. The staff are so lovely and kind. And it was very affordable. We would definitely recommend this riad. My only con would be the location. It is right smack bang in the middle of the busiest location in the medina. Which meant it was very busy/ overwhelming leaving and entering the place during the day.

This a very nice clean and comfortable riad near the markets and bustle of Marrakech, minus the noise. There are many motorcyclists and scooters zipping through this town so you will want to sleep somewhere quiet at night! It's affordable too, we paid about 60USD a night. The ac worked well and was quiet. This was my favorite riad while in Marrakesh, just wish the WiFi signal was better but I can live with that having T-Mobile data.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Marrakesh and loved staying at Riad Azra, right in the heart of the Medina. Leyla and Hadi (and all the other staff) were incredible and made our stay unforgettable! The Riad is stunning and feels like a spa. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the AC in our room was just perfect. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Marrakesh. Walking into this riad is like walking into a spa. It's spotless, peaceful, and a great place to relax after exploring the chaotic Marrakech Medina. The people who work here are the nicest. Throughout our stay they checked up on us and we're super friendly. They gave us some great pointers on things to see and things to avoid in Marrakech. They even gave us a map and talked through the best locations with us. Seriously felt like staying with close friends rather than a hotel. We enjoyed it so much my friend and I stayed an extra night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
