We are so impressed by the hospitality from the manager Ibrahim and the other staff of Riad Azrur. We arrived the Riad late at around 10pm, Ibrahim kept waiting us and welcomed us with biscuits and mint tea. He also offered useful tips and guidance of exploring Marrakech smartly. The Riad conveniently located in the medina, walkable distance to attractions and restaurants. There is a big bathtub in our room and we loved it. The room is clean and tidy, and we slept well in our two nights stay.

We spent one whole week in this wonderful place, it was like a dream. Ibrahim has been amazing. Beautiful place, terrasse, hammam, bedroom, living room. Nice smell of orange blossom. Good breakfast, i already miss the morrocan pancakes so much !! Good location close to the souks.

Very well located Riad, close to all of the main Marrakech's attractions and with superb rooms (comfy beds too!), a great Hammam and overall beautiful decor. Ibrahim, the house host, has been so helpful helping us getting around and giving us tips. Highly recommended!

This is our first time in Morocco, and this Riad was truly the best first impression to have received. Rooms were clean and authentically decorated. The breakfast was traditional. There is an in-house Hammam spa treatment which we did which was relaxing after a long day of travel. The best part of this Riad though was the hospitality. All of the people were kind and welcoming. The manager Ibrahim was very helpful in teaching us about how to be smart around town and having our favorite mint tea ready as soon as we were back from any excursion. I highly highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, authentic, and relaxing stay.

This riad is in a really good location central to a lot of Marrakech’s sight seeing gems! We loved the exceptional service and overall aesthetic of the riad. Ibrahim was an amazing host and super friendly. He helped us navigate through our itinerary and made sure we hit all the really tasty food spots and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend this riad if you’re looking for an exclusive and more genuine stay in Marrakech!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
