It was an amazing Riad with lovely people who run it! It is a beautiful place, the rooms are pretty and very clean. The hosts are super sweet and they will do everything to make you feel at home! The Riad lays in a very good spot, close to the souks and easy to get with a taxi or you can walk to a lot of places by foot. At first sight it looks nice... Rooms are cozy but very small. A suitcase wouldn't fit. We slept with the door open because the carpets in the room were very dusty. Hairs in the bathroom all over. Once said they cleaned it. The first morning no-one showed up for making breakfast. Breakfast is from 8.30-11 h but you have to tell every day what time you will have breakfast the next morning. One woman was rather pushy in advising her friend for hammam several times. I would never recommend this riad.

We had a great stay at Riad Barroko. The staff is really friendly, especially Idriss and Beiga, they are always ready to help. The Riad is located in the old city and is close to the Souks, the Djemaa El Fna Square etc.. The city can be busy but within the walls of the Riad it is very quiet and cosy. The trees and the pool in the center of the Riad give you a real Holliday feeling!

Great customer service, English wasn’t great so just a warning. The rooms were warm during the winter. Morning views of the Atlas are okay but surrounding roof tops were pretty ugly. Sunsets better than sun rises from this location. 20 mins walk to all the main stuff. Don’t use their own tour services go into the main square and get a taxi / tour service it’s so much cheaper. T

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
