I visited this place with my family and couldn’t have asked for more. From start to finish the host made us feel like we are family. We would stay in touch with the manager by what’s app and if we needed something while exploring the city he would be there for us and provide guidance and tips. We saw this city from the perspective of a local person. Breakfast was always alternating and it is best if you take it on the sunny terrace. We also met nice guests in the house so that added to the experience. The area is very safe as it is near the Royal Palace with plenty of guards and security. You feel as though you are part of this cute neighborhood as it isn’t very commercial around this area. I recommend this place. Can’t wait to come back.

Great family spot. It is intimate and doesn’t have that big hotel feel. You are treated like family and they take care of everything you need from trip suggestions to dining and how to move around in the city. Comfortable rooms. And solid breakfast. Highly recommended.

Riad Beata is a perfect place to stay during your visit to Marrakesh and a good base to explore the surroundings, such as the desert, mountains or ocean. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Riad is like a jewel in itself, decorated with taste and passion for local art, making it a real authentic luxury place to stay. I especially loved the roof top terrace!

From the moment we arrived we felt that we were in a unique place and that the owners had set up the hotel with the wellbeing of guests in mind. Amazing stay. Pleasant atmosphere. The staff will go out of its way to help you with everything and help you navigate the old town: trip tips, dining experience. Food is delicious and I highly recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
