In the beginning I was taken away by the location but after four days, it’s a perfect as it’s at the end of the old market, so it gave the chance to walk through everything. Staff at the hotel are very sweet, helpful and they have tips on how to handle hagglers and where to go and what to do. You get a decent hot breakfast, and they stay on the top of house keeping pretty well. I loved Marrakesh and this was a good authentic experience, will definitely stay there again if I visit again inshaa Allah! 😊

The riad itself is absolutely beautifull. You have nice rooms with good cleaning, every morning a good varied breakfast with pancakes, bread, eggs, coffee and orange juice. The Riad manager Hakim was so helpfull! The first day he got us acquainted with the Medina, asked us what we wanted to see, gave tips and tricks about the Souk, about where to find atm's, what to avoid (tanneries) and when we also told we wanted to see the Atlas mountains he arranged a private tour to Imlil and the Atlas mountains where we had beautifull sightings of multiple cascades and had lunch at a berber family. Any time we needed anything Hakim could be messaged or spoken to and he would fix it. And next to this the accomodation is really good, a nice pool, multilayered roof terrace, tv and games room and a very nice centre inside garden. Everybody was really nice to us including the owner who we met. Considering this is a ''budget'' riad we had such a good experience and I would definitly say the price/quality ratio was perfect and above.

Nice and quiet atmosphere in the middle of the Medina. Good rooms with good insulation and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was great and we loved sitting at the balcony at night. The staff would arrange everything from a taxi to the airport to some cold drinks and they'll let you know where the best places are.

Comfortable riad with a great location inside the north part of the Medina in Marracheck. Hakim, the host, provided us with useful information that lead us to a great adventorous experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel right in the centre of the medina, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, especially the manager Hakim. When we arrived we were given detailed information about the city, places to eat and places to avoid. Brilliant stay, highly recommend to anyone looking for a traditional and authentic stay in the old city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
