A huge thank you to our agency ARIB VOYAGES and especially to MOKHTAR and FHED for finding us this haven of peace in the heart of Marrakech. Everything is renovated and decorated with taste and an eye for detail worthy of a 5 star +++. Very great comfort and authenticity preserved. A very warm welcome, Ali and Khadija are so welcoming, friendly, efficient, really good advice and were able to find us a doctor at home in 2 minutes for our daughter! As for Khadija number 2 ;) she is truly the masterchef of unforgettable juice breakfasts, fresh fruit salads and thousand-hole pancakes which are the best ever tasted during our entire stay in Morocco. Very close to the main square and the best streets of the medina, not forgetting a magnificent rooftop with several different and so cozy corners. From sunrise to sunset, a feast for the eyes and the heart! Thanks to the whole team !!! (From Samad, Anne, Arnaud, Aurore, Ismail and Anna)

At the bottom of a derb in Bab Doukkala, the riad Bilkis is a summary of the ancestral life of the medina of Marrakech! Completely renovated by local craftsmen, the imprint of the past is very present and gives this place an incomparable charm! Khadija and Ali, the hosts, provide with great simplicity, the welcome and the service necessary for a high quality stay...TOP...

My experience of this Riad has been INCREDIBLE!!! The Riad is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and has absolutely everything. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a bathroom inside, a bathroom in the hallway, a super complete kitchen, a living room with a dining table and several sofas around it, as well as a terrace with everything you need to enjoy it. All rooms are super complete, spacious and cared for down to the smallest detail. Plus everything is super clean! The location is great, it is super close to the center, about 20m without rushing to Jemaa el-Fna Square, and at the same time it is in a super quiet area that is appreciated when it comes to sleeping. We had breakfast included and each and every one of them was delicious, super complete, breakfast was made up of coffee, tea, milk, typical bread, pastries and typical pancakes from there, as well as natural juice and fresh chopped fruit, each day they varied and they changed the juices, the fruit, the pastries and the pancakes, everything was delicious and super abundant. We contracted transportation to the airport with them and it was a success, comfortable, fast and safe. But the best of all, without a doubt, is the attention and treatment we had from the person who manages the Riad, Khadija, she is an incredible woman, attentive, concerned, pleasant, friendly, she made sure that we were comfortable, that we felt like in our house and she really succeeded, both she and her husband behaved in an exceptional way, which made us feel safe and we could enjoy our experience in Marrakech much more and better. They advised us on everything, answered all our questions and were attentive to us and our needs, they really made our trip unbeatable! I hope to return, and without hesitation I will do so at your Riad. I just have to say THANK YOU to Khadija for helping make my trip unforgettable!!! The truth is that being here has been a LUXURY!!!

We have just spent a wonderful Christmas week in this beautiful private Riad Bilkis! In addition to the beauty of the place and the quality of the infrastructure provided, there is also a lot of human and family warmth. The availability of Ali, the manager, and the kindness of Khadija, his wife, are really very appreciable. The excellent Moroccan breakfasts and meals prepared by Khadija, the Riad's cook, were a real treat and fully appreciated. During this period of very cool evenings, we also took advantage of the warmth of the fire in the fireplace upstairs and in particular...the good mint tea served with homemade biscuits. This Riad is a true place of warmth and rest where you just have to learn to savor...the present moment! We will come back as soon as possible, that's for sure and without hesitation!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
