An absolutely lovely place to stay! The rooms are quaint, the spaces are gorgeous, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is wonderful. Loved my time at this Riad!

Everything about the property was PERFECT! When we arrived, the staff welcomed us with moroccan tea and pastries. They sat with us and told us everything about Marrakech with the map. The breakfast was really good. The staff was so welcoming, kind and sweet. The property is very clean, the rooms are beautiful and the decor of the riad is very nice. For our last night, the staff surprised us with a handwritten thank you note and a little gift. We definitely 100% recommend to stay at Riad Caprice de Marrakech. We will definitely come back!

Having read lots of recent bad reviews, we had some concerns about our stay here but it turned out to be a really lovely stay! Bad reviews mostly seem to relate to how the hotel handled bookings and refunds around the recent earthquake, our stay was a month after this so was largely unaffected. We found our bedroom to be spacious and comfortable. There was a tasty breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. The staff were very welcoming and took time to talk through a map of the city and point out landmarks and areas to visit and places to eat. They also had some pointers about places closed due to earthquake damage. Overall, very enjoyable and highly recommended as a place to stay in Marrakech!

My partner picked this Riad online from the very many in central Marrakech. It was a great choice. We stayed for 5 days and could not have been happier - the warm reception from the staff and the feel of being part of the family was lovely, and a real surprise. You would never get this experience in a regular hotel. Mohamed, the manager, went to great lengths to explain the city, and took care to always ask whether we needed help, as did all of the staff. They even accommodated our daughter and her partner using the pool, even though they were staying somewhere else. Overall this was a great place to stay in Marrakech - easy to walk to, clean, friendly and welcoming.

- Exactly as in the pictures - Super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff - Beautiful rooms - Excellent breakfast made fresh every day - Ideally located within the Medina - Get to know the guests and are happy to chat/advise/have a joke - Safe car park close by (5min walk) if you have a hire car

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
