The Riad is near the center of the medina, in 10 minutes you are in the heart of it. The internal garden is beautiful and the service is on point: there is always a person to take care of you if you need something. They offer airport pick up and drop off (which I recommend). The rooms were big. The only downside is that the beds might be really hard (not all of them) and the room wasn't perfectly cleaned. Overall I recommend it.

It was the best budget Riad you can wish for. The owner Jowad is an extremely kind man. As soon as you get to know him better you can ask him whatever you want. He has a huge network in the city and can get you good deals. Personally i wanted to sleep on the roof with some friends to experience Marrakesh at night and see the stars. He allowed me and actually did a lot of work to make it as a comfortable for me as possible. he brought beds all the way to the roof just so i could sleep more comfortably. You might not get the cleanest room or the best shower and you shouldn't expect that. The owner will do anything to make you feel comfortable for us he always played some music and had lights. Every morning he made us some kind of pancakes with different kinds of bread. There were different spreads to choose from and each was very delicious. In short this Riad is the best budget Riad there is. Would defenitly come back here!

The worse experience in Marocco. When we tried to check in, I was looking for my passport. At the same time, they keep pushing us hurry up. I asked if we could look for it in room calmly, they just threw us up into a tiny room which is rusty, dark and with concern of cleanliness. They asked for 3€ city taxes per person. Since full of overcharging all around the Marocco, we wanted to check online if it’s true, but they just kept coming inside the room for asking money and even started to threat us with police for lack of passport. Treated their guests with very awful and rude attitude. In the end I found my passport and we decided to leave this terrible hotel even without refund. Paid for nothing. We came for traveling happily not for being treated like this. So we left and checked in other hotel. Btw city tax were 2.5€. Anyway wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
