We have nothing but incredible things to say about Riad Chams. Ali, Khaled and Youssef where the most welcoming and friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The Entire Riad is very clean and tidy and the food is very tasty. Our experience of Marrakesh was significantly improved by the staff in this Riad. Some of the best hosting we have ever experienced anywhere in the world!! Also, cannot forget to mention the house cat. hymer, beautiful and friendly cat. Great addition to the team!!

Very clean and charming Riad. Location walking distance to the busy Medina. Staff made all better. They are very kind and helpful They also love cats and have one. I am an animal rescued and for me that was a bonus point! Very kind and lovely clean place. And they gave 3 resident tortoise

The warmest welcome, the nicest people. It’s a homey, relaxed and completely peaceful place to stay. Don’t worry that it’s located down a dark lane - it’s actually a very safe and quiet part of town, tucked away from the craziness of the souls but still within a 5 minute walk of shopping. The breakfast was varied each morning, and the optional dinner was a delicious home cooked option. We spent hours on the quiet rooftop relaxing. For animal lovers like us, the riad has the sweetest and most charming calico cat, Khama - we just loved her. Highly recommended for families.

We loved staying here! The room so was soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly. WiFi is great. Breakfast is tasty. They had a TV to watch the football. The whole vibe is great. Cool views from the rooftop. Everywhere looks lovely and welcoming! Only downsides: - Breakfast on day 1 was no where near enough food for us. However, there was enough food on day 2 and 3. - We weren’t able to check in until around 6pm despite check in being at 2pm, because guests were still in our room. This was quite disappointing. - You have to knock on the door every time you come back to the hotel for them to let you in. I don’t really like waiting for this…

I stayed at Riad Chams for 3 nights, the experience was amazing! The Riad is extremely clean, well located and breakfast is incredibly good. The best part though, is the staff: Ali and his staff are very welcoming, nice and friendly! Super recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
