We wanted to book Riad Chorfa for our three day stay in Marrakesh, but were informed that due to an incoming group they could only accommodate us for two nights and offered a sister property for the third night. For some this might seem an inconvenience, but for us it provided the opportunity to explore more of the Medina. The staff went out of their way to make the transition seamless and it was. For our third night we stayed at Riad Dar el Aila and enjoyed a delicious fixed course meal... which was the best food of all our culinary experiences in Morocco. While Riad Chorfa is deservedly the flagship among the group's properties, Riad Dar El Aila's location offered secret (from tourists) shops, a local laundry, and expanded our Marrakech experience. And, on top of the loveliness of the properties, we found the staff engaged, responsive, and highly professional. We look forward to a return trip to Marrakech and would most decidedly stay at Riad Chorfa, Dar El Aila, or their other locations.

I stayed at this Riad with my girlfriend as an impulse holiday to Marrakesh. The place had a beautiful aesthetic around the pool in the main central courtyard, it was very peaceful when we stayed as it wasn't long after the earthquake, but it didn't deter us. The staff there was extremely friendly, kept asking if we needed any assistance and gave us some advice for when we roamed around. The food there was good, an easy snack if needed. The room we stayed in was lovely, although the shower pressure wasn't the best, I understand the design probably has its limits being on the top floor. Location couldn't be any better, very near the square with a nice walk through the souks. This being said, was still quiet in the Riad even though it's very near all the Hussle and Bussle.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a mid week holiday. Fantastic Riad with a nice pool and all around great atmosphere. Ideal for seeing Marrakech in particular the Souks & Square as all at your doorstep.

The space was beautiful but despite many messages before we arrived the rooms were not as promised. Some rooms were supposed to have 2 beds and only had 1, with clearly no room for a second bed. Google said breakfast was included in the price but Airbnb said it was extra. We asked for breakfast at 8 am every morning for the week we were there but daily we had to remind them we wanted breakfast, and had to push them to prepare it. Overall it was a stressful time and we got charged for all kinds of little things. We paid a lot for the place and just kept paying in money and time. We have stayed in a lot of other riads in Marrakesh over the years and this was our least favorite. We really hoped it would be worth the price.

I stayed here as part of a group of henna artists learning from Moroccans. We held history, culture and henna classes in the main room and had a variety of activities, outings and comings and goings. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, very tolerant of the 20 artists that descended upon the riad. Despite the language differences we also connected because of henna and it was an honour to adorn a number of the staff members with a design. Breakfast is yummy and they were happy to accommodate our request for eggs. Make sure to ask for their msemmen - such yummy fried bread! Each room in the riad is so different and interesting, and every surface is adorned with beautiful art. They all have a/c units if you want, and the showers have good pressure with lots of hot water and cozy towels. My bed was comfy and I was happy. The pool was great to cool off our feet after long days of walking and the pet turtles and cat with kittens were a highlight for a lot of the guests! The riad is close to one of the main paths in the souk, but it is quiet and peaceful. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place - highly recommend going up for the sunset and to hear the evening call to prayer with all the muzzeins around the neighbourhood blending together. Thanks riad Chofra for a great introduction to Morocco. 💜

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
