        I have nothing but great things to say about the Riad Cocoon. We stayed here for two nights in November 2023. This was the end of our trip to Morocco and we saved the best for last. The Riad Cocoon is stunningly beautiful and is a sanctuary in the busy city. Everyone who works here is really helpful and friendly. Corinne is great!! She made up a personalized list of recommendations for our stay in Marrakech and really helped to make our stay a great one. We stayed in the Nirvana suite and we ate dinner both nights at the Riad on the terrace, the food was excellent. I highly recommend the Riad Cocoon! If you're looking for a great place, you've found it.

        My stay at Riad Cocoon was wonderful. Corrine and her staff (especially Jemaa) were so helpful with everything I needed. Helping me arrange taxi's, making reservations and providing tips and advice for the area. I had to move to another Riad as her's was booked the remainder of my stay and when I couldn't get a hold of them she went above & beyond to help me and ensure someone would be there to help me with all my luggage. Highly recommend this Riad and will definitely be back.

        Our stay here made our whole trip! We got to experience Morocco to it's fullest because of the lovely guidance and suggestions from all the wonderful people that worked here and helped us with everything. If you are going to Marrakesh you can not stay anywhere else, perfect walking location to be emersed in everything there is to offer, while being peaceful enough to rest and relax after all the exploring!!

        My stay at Riad Cocoon was wonderful. Corrine and her staff (especially Jemaa) were so helpful with everything I needed. Helping me arrange taxi's, making reservations and providing tips and advice for the area. I had to move to another Riad as her's was booked the remainder of my stay and when I couldn't get a hold of them she went above & beyond to help me and ensure someone would be there to help me with all my luggage. Highly recommend this Riad and will definitely be back.

        We stayed here for 4-nights at the end of April during Ramadan and what a time we had. Corrine has an exceptional Riad just a 2-minute walk from being in the Medina, but you would think you’re nowhere near as it’s so peaceful. Everything about the stay was amazing and Corrine and the team make you feel at home and are able to help with everything. They provided us with excellent recommendations on places to eat, drink, and visit, which made our time in Marrakech much better. Jemaa was great and always able to help us with any questions and really made our stay at Riad Cocoon! He was always on hand to help with issues with our room, any questions we had about Marrakech or Morrocan culture and he made our stay much more interesting and relaxing. The food prepared by the riad is sensational, the breakfast each morning is incredible and the chef is amazing, and I would highly recommend having at least one meal at the riad as it provides much more authentic cuisine. All in all, would 100% visit Marrakech again and would not hesitate to stay at Riad Cocoon!!

        The staff at Riad Cocoon is beyond wonderful. Our every need was met and Corinne was very helpful. The riad itself is gorgeous and our room was very spacious. The food was exquisite. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Marrakech.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
