We booked a room with booking, they asked to confirm the reservation asking to pay in advance which we did. Unfortunatly we didn't realize that it was an outside link as it was in the same chat where we had all the confirmation details.Then they send a link asking for more money which of course we declined. We reported the problem and they said they had noting to do with it (always in the same chat). Now they are still asking for money with outside links. They have at best a very serious problem with IT security at worst they are a vicious fraud!

Our host was lovely and was great with getting us cabs to wherever we needed to go. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Rooms were clean and comfortable as well. It’s a very cute and colorful Riad.

This is an oasis of calm in the Kasbah. The hotel itself is beautiful and being down one of the side streets it's a lot quieter and the air cleaner than if you're on a main street. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the staff incredibly helpful. It's around a 20 minute walk to the square. Also, it's around a 15-20d trip to the railway station, don't ask them to arrange a taxi for you though as the English speaking drivers in the Medina/Kasbah collude and have a flat rate of 100d for tourists. go out onto the main street and flag down one where their English isn't so good and they'll put the meter on.

Lovely place to stay, great comms by email with owner. The manager and staff very nice and helpful. Note there is no TV, this doesn't affect me. There is free cooked breakfast and free wifi. Plenty of cafes nearby and restaurants 10 min away. Taxis stop about 50m to door and they can arrange taxis for you from airport with no markup. Special thanks to Mohammed, N, and Azeez.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
