Amazing hotel at a lovely place in the city. There is a terrace with a nice view. Everything was super reachable. The rooms we’re clean and cozy. The people that worked here we’re extremely kind and welcoming and made sure we had a nice and smooth stay. They even helped us with our boarding passes at the last moment, which saved us. I really recommend staying here if you wanna have a nice time.

Beautiful, tiny hotel - riad offering very clean, spacious rooms, decorated in oriental way, wirh a private bathroom. Located within Medina, central but quiet part of he city. Breathtaking view from the terrace on the roof. An amazing experience that allows you to feel better Marrakesh.

Really nice hotel. Totally recommend it! It’s really clean the breakfast are really delicious. What really makes this hotel amazing it’s kind, helpful and lovely staff! They are all so lovely. It’s really nice to the city center

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. The rooms are all absolutely awful - We have tried different rooms, but it was all the same. The showers were absolutely disgusting with the water not going down and other disgusting things coming up(see image). The owner of the hotel were really unfriendly, arrogant and careless - Right after the motto "Who cares, they already paid anyways". We paid for 9 days - Left after 5. Just like another family who was staying in the opposite room. This hotel is anything but good. I recommend you to stay at a different Riad, as you will get much better rooms for a much cheaper price!

Cold and impersonal ambiance, annoying care keeper, they messed up our booking and we had to wait upon arrival too long, filling in papers while the only thing you want after a long flight arriving in the evening is a warm welcome and dinner. Nice rooftop terrace. Breakfast was ok, a shame that they did not serve fresh orange juice though, readily available just around the corner. Would not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
