Loved the traditional architecture and listening to the birds in the courtyard. It was very atmospheric. The Riad has a roof terrace from which we enjoyed beautiful sunsets! The staff were extremely helpful. In the height of Summer the pool would be great to cool down in.I really loved everything.

Very beautiful Riad and kind staff. Pretty standard service, the breakfast was yummy. It was good for the night we were there. If you have a car, they do have free parking! Cons - Not many outlets, so as a family of 5 we had to switch off. Even though there were 3 bedrooms. - The wifi was not great. We had to use our portable router, but even with that, it took us 3 hours to figure out our plans for the rest of the trip.

This riad didn't look much from out side but was really lovely, we only paid £65 for the night but had a wonderful time ,we were met by Omar who really couldn't do enough for you and was a wealth of knowledge and just had a nice aura about him . He made us mint tea on arrival and showed us around .The riad is cool and so quiet compared to the city, there is a bird cage with love birds or tiny parrots which we loved especially waking up to the birds song .The riad has a roof top where you can sunbathe and enjoy drinks and the plunge pool has sunbeds around it on the ground floor we went out in mid afternoon and when we returned we sat by the pool and dangled our legs in Omar had got us a couple of cold beers 🍻 which we downed .We slept very well after going out in the evening and had a good breakfast served to us by the pool ,we would definitely return to this riad it is very close to the main medina and the staff made us feel very welcome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
