Very nice and comfortable Riad, very well located close to the main things to see in Marrakech. Friendly and helpful people. Swimming Pool, cosy rooms, I can only recommend it when you are planning to stay in Marrakech

The perfect spot to enjoy Marrakech and rest from its caos, maybe refreshing with a dive in the pool. Fresh made and tasty breakfast. The owners and the staff were really nice and helped us enjoying our staying. Thanks for everything.

Having stayed here mulltiple times, I can confirm this is a lovely Riad, with very friendly staff situated in striking distance from all the major attractions. The decor was great as was the food, and very reasonably priced

This is a beautiful riad in a great location right in the south of the Medina. Our stay would have been perfect if it weren't for the horrendous building works and the hosts attitude. Though the host insisted on a daily basis that we could use it, the entire rooftop was a building site with men at work; with the terrace and the hot tub unreachable. The worst of it was that we were actually regularly told that the building works would cease at early afternoon and not start in the morning, but this was never the case. The noise from the building works made the entire building unpleasant to stay in. Though the pool is in a different area of the building, it is completely open air and you can basically hear everything. The host did offer to give us a free night as reimbursement, however in the end she only reimbursed us 2/3 of a daily fee, deducting some unseen tax, and was not open to negotiating. Again, a beautiful riad, but for the price we paid, we expected far better service and full use of everything. Even a word of warning before we arrived would have been nice.

A Great Riad! Very friendly staff! It‘s located relatively central like 10 Minutes away from the central square but still in quiet neighboorhood. Be Aware of the guys Who whant to bring you to your Riad for Money. They are present in this area. But the way is super easy to find. Just Look ist up on Maps and you find it. Beautifaul rooms and the roof is a Dream. Good Breakfast and okay wifi. Good Place if you want to see marrakesch.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
