We love our stay in this beautiful riad! Very friendly and helpful staff, a lovely room, a few great roof terraces plus a traditional looking lobby and it's located in the middle of the medina. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. This riad is truly beautiful and it is an awesome place to relax in the mid of busy Marrakesh. Try a tea on the roof terrace at night, it's made of fresh mint leaf.

We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay at the Dar Khmissa. Vincent and his team were wonderful hosts who were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. The riad itself was beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of modern yet traditional. Comfortable seating areas were in abundance and the jacuzzi was a hit with our son! Our room (Ocre Shems), was clean and comfortable and had lovely little touches like slippers and dressing gowns. Unfortunately for a family of 3 (2 adults and an 8 year old) it wasn’t the right choice of room for us. The seating area that made into the extra bed was separate to the main bedroom with a hallway separating the two. This would not have been a problem if there was a secure door preventing access to our floor but this was not the case, it was an open staircase to the roof terrace. Our 8 year old did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room so his father and I took turns sleeping in there. The room, usually being a sitting room, was not in the centre of the riad so was extremely noisy throughout the night which resulted in very disturbed sleep. The main bedroom itself was much quieter throughout the night but with the kitchen being directly above there was a lot of noise until about 11/11:30pm. It would be a perfect room for a couple or those who aren’t particularly light sleepers. Despite the lack of sleep, we had a wonderful stay and will be recommending the riad to family and friends.

Location, location, location. Stayed for two nights. We were well received. The room, linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was very good. In the evening had the opportunity to sit on the roof very comfortably and drink wine I would like to especially note Elmandi Chaooki he is a very polite and helpful person. Many thanks to him for our service.

We spent three nights at this riad, and it was breathtaking. The rooms and the place in general were wonderful. The service and the food were outstanding as well. We loved it there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
