        Great rooms, clean, cosy and comfort, very helpful and pleasant owner, good location. Breakfast at the roof terrace, evenings in the living room for all guests, nicely furnished riad, wonderful experience. Owner helped us and arranged great offer for excursions, with fair price and we fully enjoyed. Hope to come back 😊

        Words can not explain how wonderful this riad is, with no doubts it is the best one I have ever been to. The owners are exceptional people, they helped us with absolutely everything (things that they didnt even need to do such as keep our lugages for days or change the hour of breakfast so we could have it before the departure), they made sure we were comfortable and good all the time. The breakfast was handmade by a lovely lady and, honestly, it was the best one comparing to other riads I have been to. The price is cheap and the place and people are amazing so dont hesitate to choose this riad to have the perfect marrakesh experience!! (if I could give it more stars I would)

        Had a reservation. On arrival they simply told us the rooms were not free anymore. no solution. No nothing.

        Very disapointed... Rooms were not as expected and manager was not friendly at all. Would not recommend to go here, many alternatives.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
