I have no problem with humble places, but it has to be reflected in the prices, but more importantly, it should also be well described. The location was good.The people from here are ok, service was ok. The facilities are really bad, you can feel the springs of the mattress and it hurts, the pillow was so hard, I think it was full up with clothes. There was no shampoo, the place was really dusty and the towels were dirty and had a weird smell as well as the room. The hot water was not working. There is leaking from the pipes in the bathroom. The room could not be safely closed. And during the night the lights come inside the room and it is quite bright. This is under the consideration that I was moved to a "better" room because the "Riad" was empty at the moment. The pictures of the place could be very misleading. I would not stay here again.

The rooms are clean, the place as well but my experience was bad. I paid for a small room 35 euros plus taxes and the toilet was flooded, which I knew from beginning. There is an air con but not remote and I was supposed to receive a blanket, a towel and a heater but never happened... In the morning was freezing and I didn't extended my stay.

Not a complete write off, only cause the guy that received me, upgraded my room, but everything is done on the cheap. This is an "extension" of the White Flower hotel just up the allyway. You will need to go there for breakfast. Only advantage is that the place is empty, so you don't have problems with water pressure! 😅

4.5/5 Poor wifi connection but I loved it there, it was clean, very nice staff "forgot their names' but both guys were extremely nice and helpful, they offer the breakfast almost 50 meters away at another Riad that belongs to the same owner which was really good and very filling. The AC was working perfectly, overall recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
