Riad Dar Massai served as our home for a four-day year-end break, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was our first time visiting Marrakesh, and Adam and Noureddine went above and beyond to ensure our well-being. Adam even guided us from the Kasbah, which is just a 5-minute walk to the Riad since it can be confusing for first-time visitors. The Riad's location, a short walk from the Palaces and the bustling center, is excellent—quiet and safe. Additionally, it's conveniently situated for day tours, with pick-up points just 5-10 minutes away. The Riad's décor throughout is simple yet elegant infused with African themes, featuring cozy corners, including a fireplace. We particularly enjoyed the ground-floor sitting areas near the pool and the beautiful terrace with relaxed seating, perfect for unwinding. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. On our first night, we indulged in a delightful 3-course meal when we had the Riad all to ourselves. The food and service were exceptional. For New Year's Eve, the staff organized a special dinner event, inviting guests from nearby Riads to join. The venue was beautifully lit and adorned for the evening, and the staff added to the festivities with singing and dancing during the midnight celebrations.

10 min walk from Jemaa El Fna, hidden between the small streets, Riad Dar Massai is just the perfect place to retreat for a bit of quiet and peace. Clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff and of course a beautiful rooftop terrace. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the Riad dar Massai! We were picked up by one of the hosts (Adam) who helped us finding the Riad and made us feel right at home by being super kind and helpful and serving us regional tea and biscuits. Our whole vacation was extremely good, especially because the Riad was so calming, peacefully quiet and the service also by the second host (Noureddin) was so extraordinarily good! The staff of the house is super helpful in any way (starting from where to get to point A or B in the city, where to get the best dinner outside the Riad or a good bazar, to cooking the best regional food for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a variety of for example different fruits or kinds of breakfasts) and also open for any kind of chat about various topics. They both were really interested in getting to know you and your culture/language but if you are not in the mood for talking, then it’s fine either way! The Riad has a great rooftop where you can enjoy your meals or some drinks. It has always been very clean. Besides being also very clean, the room was super cozy and had a great bathroom with a good shower. The Lobby is very calming as you can see on the pictures of others reviewers. The food and drinks have a good value for money ratio, with the prices being more or less similar to prices of huge cities in Central Europe. All in all I can very much recommend this Riad because of the points mentioned above and especially because of the great service! Thank you very much for having us!

From the moment my wife and I stepped foot into Riad Dar Massai, I knew I had chosen the perfect place for our stay in Marrakech. Immediately, Noureddine welcomed us in with open arms as if we were part of his family. He met us at our cab (that they arranged for us) to ensure we knew the exact way to the Riad, as the streets can be very confusing. We knew we were arriving late, so we arranged with them for dinner there upon arrival, which Noureddine set us up on the rooftop for an amazing first night. It was the perfect first night in such an beautiful place! Each morning, we were made a fresh, delicious breakfast, which we could eat on the rooftop, or in the main room by the pool. Both Noureddine & Adam went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable & they had plenty of recommendations for us to do in the city! It really may have been the best service we've ever received at a Hotel/Riad. That includes the fantastic Chef & Housekeeping, as all the food was top notch, and the place was spotlessly clean! I honestly can't recommend this place enough. If you're considering other places, stop. You will absolutely love your stay at the Riad Dar Massai. It was in a great, safe area as well, that only took about 5-10 minutes to get to Jemaa el-Fna and the souks! Shkran Noureddine, Adam, and the rest of the staff at Riad Dar Massai! You made our trip extremely memorable. We will most certainly be back!

We spend just one night in this beautiful riad. The location is amazing. Adam and the staff are very kind: they gave us suggestions for our trip and make us feel like more than just guests. The room was clean and warm. Also they cooked a really tasty local dinner that you should try.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
