This place is truly a home away from home. I never leave hotel reviews but I was so moved by the staff here- Abdel and Hassan go above and beyond. I stayed at this Riad when the earthquake happened, which was extremely traumatizing but Abdel immediately came to rescue us and the other guests. It was his night off and he ran all the way from his home in to the destruction immediately to gather us all and give us water and whatever else we needed. He was in constant communication with us even after we left. He truly cares about his guests to a degree I’ve never experienced before. On top of this, the hotel is magnificent, the rooms are gorgeous and chic, and the food is delicious. I will be recommending this place to every person I know forever.

Cozy and nice place with very few rooms, so it’s intimate and quiet. Anticipated a typical mediocre buffet but they actually had a great served breakfast. It’s quite well located and near the centre which was convenient. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Great hotel and a great breakfast, didn't get a chance to try dinner as the hotel didn't book it, but they did book us a great traditional restaurant nearby. Attention to detail is required and listening to guests to fully understand onward travel is required.

Super comfy, great location - walking distance from the Medina, Jemaa el-Fnaa, the famous gardens, Badia Palace, the Saadia Tombs and Bahia. Excellent staff. Really comfy rooms. Extremely tranquil interiors. Though shame the tub was not working although there is a dipping pool in the courtyard. Service is top-notch. Big shout-out to Abdel and his team.

Small Riad but not small in welcome or service ! Was an excellent place to stay and discover the beauty of Marrakech. Outstanding attention to detail on every level! Abdelhak and Hassan were amazing hosts … great advice and recommendations !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
