Recently stayed at Riad Dar Zaya with a friend of mine for a short vacation at Marrakech. Great room with a lot of character and space (Saida Suite) and well located right in centre of the Medina. The staff , especially Mustafa and Karim , were really helpful during our stay and also provided us with great local tips as to what to visit etc. Their breakfast is also amazing and the terrace on this property is great as well for a night time quiet wind down spot with a glass of wine. The only minor inconvenience I thought was of the lack of accessibility by car to the front door (small 4-5 min walk from.the main road) but the hotel staff were always there particularly for airport pick up and drop off to guide you through the maze of streets in Medina. Great job team and keep up the good work 👏

This gorgeous little Riad is located at the heart of the Medina, but off the buzzing streets which makes it an ideal place to rest after a long day touring the bazaars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very large and confortable. Despite the proximity of the rooms, there is ample intimacy in each room with the shutters closed. Breakfast was a simple continental style but plentiful. The only caveats are that the Riad gets pretty cold in winter mornings (no heating?), and we ran out of hot water while showering. They were also not able to accommodate our request for plant-based milk. Finally, we could not pay by credit card because the “card reader did not work”, an excuse we heard many times in Morocco. We had to walk 20min to find an ATM... Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
