The perfect Riad for a stay in Marrakech. The experience started even before travelling. The manager communicates by email confirming all your needs and offering transportation from airport and dinner. The bedroom and the bathroom are very clean and with beautiful traditional architecture. The attention is a 10 from the beginning to the end. All of the workers are very polite and paying attention so we can have the best experience. The best of this riad? the terrace definitely! And don't forget to have at least once the traditional maroquin dinner: it was even more delicious than in some restaurants at The Medina.

Amazing staff, amazing private room with air conditioning, and amazing rooftop terrace as you can see from my picture! We had a great stay. However, the riad is located 20-30 mins away from city centre and it's like maze, no police and lots of kids following you around for money and drug dealers. And they don't give you the key, so when you return late at night you need to knock the door and wait until the staff wakes up to open the door. It's a very sketchy area. But other than that, facility was awesome and worth the money.

This is listed as a three star, however, i personally had a FIVE STAR experience. from the staff, to the rooms, to the excellent service. incredible. i will never forget my experience. the ryad is within walking distance to the markets and tourist areas. HIGHLY recommend if you cannot afford the more expensive hotels/ryads. merci abdehla. chukran.

Really beautiful place to stay, the service was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was perfectly clean and on my last day even wenn I had to leave the riad at 4 am they made me a small breakfast (no other place has ever offered such a service) these was really nice from them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
