Spent 5 nights here and had an amazing time! Location was so central yet it was very peaceful. Abdelhadi was a great host and all the staff were friendly and welcoming! Room and bathroom were spacious and cleaned daily which was unexpected and appreciated! Organised a few excursions through Abdelhadi and they were our favourite days. Breakfast was great, nice to have it on the terrace. Definitely recommend and will return!

I was blown away by my experience at the Riad Djemanna. Gray food and amazing spa. The location is very central and convenient yet very quiet. The riad is beautiful and the service is top notch. I felt pampered during my whole stay.

We liked staying here because it was very centrally located and felt like a very authentic Riad - it has a beautiful lobby/entrance and the rooftop is pretty nice too. The staff was also really kind and would go out of their way to greet us, help us such as serving us breakfast early, ironing our clothes etc. As for cons, we didn’t like our room, in particular the bathroom. The shower head had to be held while showering which made it difficult to shower - we tried asking one of the workers for help but he forgot. And the sink would fill up with water fast and not drain and it was hard to even turn the faucets on and off because of the close proximity to the wall. We also got charged with some extra fees at the end like for water bottles which I feel should’ve been included in the stay (it’s a basic necessity).

Wow! I cannot describe in words how incredible my stay here was. From the moment I arrived in Marrakech, I was welcomed by a driver and safely taken to my Riad where I was personally greeted by the manager of the Riad, Abdelhadi. Throughout my stay, I was treated like I was the only guest and pampered the entire time. The entire staff is so friendly. The interior of the Riad is breathtaking and the meals were delicious. My room was so beautiful and clean. My hammam and massage was out of this world. The location is great, very walkable and local to everything. I traveled here alone and felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again!!

We had originally booked a room at Riad Fleur d’Orient but due to unexplained reasons were moved to this riad. As soon as we arrived we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom. Coming back after dinner, there were dozens in the bathroom and bedroom crawling on our stuff. Not sure what went wrong there especially when I see all the good reviews. I assume that those cockroaches were everywhere since there were some laying in the pools. However we ended up having to leave the riad in the middle of the night and book another hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
