Wonderful stay at this welcoming Riad which is a short walk away from the souks and main square. Clean and spacious rooms and lovely breakfasts. Simo and staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend

Great hospitality, both hosts were very welcoming and made sure that we enjoy as much as possible our stay in Medina. The place is a oasis of tranquility, the rooms are nicely and authentically decorated. Highly recommended!

The place was just amazing. When you walk in there’s a fresh smell of flowers, a small intimate RYAD with huge rooms. The staff, Rashid and Simo are above and beyond. There is nothing they can’t arrange. We went to the Atlas mountain on a private tour, just breathtaking.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Riad du Ciel. The Riad, minutes away from the souk with all its hustle and bustle, has an amazingly calm and peaceful atmosphere when you walk in. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast each day was fresh, varied, and plentiful - stocking us up for our day's exploration of the city. More than anything else, though, I'd recommend this riad because of the excellent work that Simo and Rashid, the managers, do. From the moment you walk in, to when you leave, they're attentive, helpful and extremely professional. They made our stay in Marrakech relaxing and simple, providing tips on how to get around, how to ward off hustlers politely (in Arabic and French), and basically attending to our needs - always politely, and with a smile. I hope to return.

Beautiful place, amazing warm and friendly stuff that will make your stay a Moroccan dream. Great breakfast ,close to good restaurants in the center of the Medina. You can arrive to the riad entrance with a car. You can see the high Atlas from the roof terrace.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
