Fantastic location near the square. The room was perfect! I only booked one night because I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy the location or if the AC would function as it is VERY hot this week. After arriving I wish I would have booked more nights as they were fully booked for the next few nights. After breakfast, I had to switch to a different Riad and my host walked the 750m with me to make sure I got there safely and helped carry my bag! Highly recommend!

It was our first time in Marrakech and we really enjoyed it! Zakarias and Kabira are great people, they helped us with everything! Thanks to them the experience was wonderful! The Riad is very comfortable and very well located. We will certainly be back in the future!

Our room "Bahia" was well equiped (private bathroom) and not worn out. The terrace is awesome to rest and talk and just enjoy yourself, but the shining star of the Riad was Zakariya, the receptionist (don't meaning the other staff is less kind), but we spend more time with Zakariya and discovered so many new things about Marrakesh. He brought us all the nececities we needed a gave us a lot of his time to make sure our stay was pleasant. Coming to the only negative aspect, because the Riad is Inside of the Medina (but still really close to Jemaa el Fna) there could be some people make you feel discomfortable in the evening/night time.

I wouldn't repeat staying here. The neighborhood isn't that great, the rooms are smelly, the bathroom is not enclosed, and we just used it to leave our luggages... The bed sheets are worn out.. There are better options at similar price around town

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
