This Ryad is a GEM. Trust Daniel and Ali's recommendation, as they are honest and very accurate. We stayed with two little kids and we were kept like home. They also cooked a dinner for us which was simply WOW. The Ryad is right on the square and the rooms are big and all Moroccan feel. The morning breakfast was on the terrace overlooking the city. Food was great but the experience was unforgettable. We are coming back to Marrakech and to this place.

Such a nice Ryad and exceptional service! I received a warm welcome and the staff there were very helpful and responsive any time we needed them. The breakfast was big and delicious. The rooms were in such authentic Moroccan interior. On our way back home they even arranged the transport to the airport for us.

Fabulous experience at El Borj. This place is a gem located right off the hustle and bustle of the Medina yet tucked away into its own oasis. You enter through a door that seems like a hole in the wall to find a beautiful courtyard with a tree inside. We had the terrace room which is way bigger and nicer than the pictures online and the terrace is a real treat - private with a 360 degree view of the old town and the mountains in the distance. The staff was very helpful and kind throughout the stay and the owner provided a nice chat in the mornings - would stay here again for sure.

Our family of 5 *loved* our 3-night stay. We all agreed this was hands-down the coolest place we've ever stayed. Our suite was truly unique - gorgeous decor, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned, and a short walk to sights. Plus the breakfasts were incredible. A huge thank you to hosts Daniel, Ali and staff who made us feel right at home!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
