We stayed here for just one night, but we were very well received. Our flight was at 6am, so they had our breakfast ready by 3:30 which is absolutely amazing and out of the expected. The Riad is gorgeous, and just a short walk to the main square. Rooms are large and comfortable, but the greatest highlight was their hospitality.

We arrived and the lights were all off leading down the alley way. Some teenagers lead us and of course harassed us for money when we arrived there. We gave them some coins but they demanded more which we didn't have on us. We knocked on the door and the lady was very nice, sat us down and offered us tea. We had a table booked at a restaurant ( comptoir daar- amazing show and food) in under an hour from arrival so we were in a bit of a rush. The hotel lobby stunk like sewers, possibly because of the rain the drains may have been overflowing. The decor was really beautiful but hard to enjoy with how potent the smell was. We got into our room and really it was lovely, hot water, clean good quality sheets, new air con system. Absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was the classic moroccon style breakfast including fresh crepes, omelette, fresh bread with butter and jams. Orange juice and coffee. The reason I give them only 3 stars is because it was genuinely a slightly frightening experience trying to find it with all the alleys in complete blackout. The smell of the lobby was really offputting and when i asked them if i could order a taxi they charged me double the amount i had paid to go to the airport for half the distance. If all you care about is a nice room and good breakfast then this place is fine for you but do not expect the host to go out of their way for you to feel welcome. I stayed in cheaper riads where i felt safer and much more looked after. Slightly disappointed to be frank.

Absolutely loved the experience! Every aspect of the service was amazing and our room was beautiful. It's easy to walk out of the riad, and right into the medina (old city). When you come back, there is always someone to open the door for you within seconds. The staff, especially Naima the manager, is very knowledgeable about everything, so don't be afraid of asking questions! A few things to keep in mind: be prepared to walk about 7-8mns from the drop-off taxi station (regular sized cars can't fit in) to the riad itself which is located in a dead-end, so also be mindful of your surroundings when coming in or out. NEVER tell your destination to random people asking to help you, unless you want to be stuck with someone walking after/before you, who you will have to tip. Have fun!

Absolutely beautiful riad, amazingly tranquil which is needed after a chaotic day on the streets of Marrakech! The hosts are attentive and the breakfast they serve is delicious! Beautiful roof terrace which was the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
