The owner's kindness and care is far beyond anyone I've ever met in Morocco and possibly the world! We weren't even staying at his Riad but were lost looking for ours, knocking on random Riad doors to find help. We didn't even knock on his door but he saw us, followed us down the street and said he would help us find our way. He let us into his Riad, use his Wi-Fi, enjoy the cool shade, and then he called our riad to get them to find us. Then he walked with us towards the right direction, which was so kind. We wanted to pay him or buy some drinks to say thank you, but he told us just to come back later. So of course we did! Amazing mint tea and biscuits, and a lovely atmosphere in the riad. When we went to pay, he said it was a gift and a gesture to invite us to his home and welcome us to Marrakech. If we ever come back, we will book this place without hesitation.

Said is so friendly and made us feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. He gave us great advice in relation to restaurants and getting around the Medina. The hotel itself was lovely building and beautifully maintained by Said and his family. I would highly recommend staying here

We really enjoyed our stay in this riad. The owner, Sayid, is extremely personable. He spent time showing us the best places to visit in Marrekesh. My 2 year old son loved the pet turtle roaming freely in the courtyard. Sayid even allowed us to have guests over and treated them with tea, wine, and olives on the house! Our room had great ambiance and the AC worked really well. We did have some issues with our hot water working, but it was so hot outside, we didn't mind.

Riad is nice enough but definitely not as glamorous as some other Riads. Location is extremely challenging to find and not clearly labeled so recommend paying for the Riad's offered taxi to assist in finding location. Breakfast is one step above a continental. Riad owner will push you to pay in cash at the end. Overall an average okay experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
