Great riad. I booked this riad a bit skeptical since there were good and bad reviews. Here is a sincere one. We arrived and were nicely greeted by the manager, he showed us our room which was on three rooftop since it was the biggest room (we were 4). The AC worked great, we were given clean towels and the room was big. Everything positive up to this point. My only two complaints were that the beds weren’t very comfortable and the bathroom was small and the bath space was very limited. Location was good since most of the places in the Medina are reacher by walking. The manager recommended us various places including restaurants, money exchange and touristic places to visit. He also gave us tips on how to avoid scams which was very well considered. Breakfast time was from 8:30 to 10:30, and they kindly brought us our breakfast to the rooftop. The hospitality here was amazing. Overall, considering the price and the quality, it is amazing, thank you so much for everything! I am definitely returning.

Unfortunately the bad reviews are all true!! Be careful! Stay away! We book the deluxe room but when we came, the employee took our passport to first check us in. Then he tells us that our room is not available. It is too late for us to leave. Because he already check us in... They gave us two rooms far apart without windows. Smell mold and feel like a grave. My friend is sick after one night. They charge us full price for deluxe room. We saw that they gave our room to other customers....who are more in number and paid more. The manager lady is very clever and use negotiation and argument tactic to get her money. She has zero concern or empathy for her guest. This is a clever business. Also very very far away from Main square. 40 minute walk. The street is unsafe.

I was here for only 1 night as I wanted to experience a riad. This one is very nice and cute, we stayed in the balcony room as we were 4 guests. The worker Amin is very very nice, helped us save a lot of money buy telling us how to avoid scams. He was very welcoming and made us feel very special. The breakfast spread is exquisite!! definitely recommend.

Please stay away!!! I made a booking for 4 nights. I missed my flight on the first day, i told the hotel I would come on the 2nd day and they agreed. When I arrived on the 2nd day, the hotel had cancelled my reservation of 4 nights. I just arrived after a long trip, knew no where in Morocco and they insisted that I no longer had a reservation after much conversation with a staff there. This was mind-boggling. I could clearly they was a empty room that was open and when I angrily went into it, they kept knocking and took my bags out. The lady Rabia is so rude and was not open to any dialogue at all. Such cold and inhumane treatment!! Long story short, they just stole my money and sold my reservation to someone else.

Guys don't go there , the women named Rabia is dirty minded , having your girlfriend in your room to help get packed means for her disrespect ( she thinks we make love while we leave the door open) don't ever go to that hotel and after putting a negative review about her , she tried to threaten my girlfriend by visiting her to her house if I don't remove my review. Marrakech is a lovely place , i am having very good time so far , until i see this dirty minded sick women. And oh yeah, she also mentioned that she don't like Turkish people , so my roots are Turkish and i have traveled the whole world and i do have friends from all over the world , what i feel and think is this, if you really don't like Turkish people , i am ok with that no problem but saying this to your guest in the hotel is smart ? Or cool? Is this the way you guys welcome ? Now you have another Turkish guy which don't like you miss Rabia. And once again the girl next to me is my fiance , not every women is bad like you , you should know that ;) Go get educated and don't think only about opening two legs , the world is more then that ! Trust me!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
