Wow what a neat place. It doesn’t look like much from outside but inside is another world. The place is so quiet and charming. Khalid, the concierge took the best care of us and was so helpful! There is a pool in the center and a rooftop with rooms for spa treatments.

The best place I’ve stayed in Marrakesh. A hidden gem and would like to thank all the staff for making me feel at home. The hospitality is unreal and would love to give them 10 stars. Amazing staff and the garden is beautiful and peaceful. 5 star treatment and Riad. You will not regret booking here.

A very nice, clean, friendly guest house, elegant in its own way - very well hidden just off a main street in the Medina. The people, including Khalid the manager and his team, were just terrific. Khalid owns a shop that makes original ladies' bags just around the corner- - worth checking out. This is an interesting corner of the Medina, aboutt 18 minutes walk from Jemaa alFnaa. There's a very hidden local market where we watched older men weave scarves on a pedal-driven wooden machine. Not quite as commercial as the Jemaa. The breakfast at El Noujoum was modest and good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's quiet at night. Very close to the Saadi Tombs, where most taxis want to drop you off to avoid going up the narrow street. How to find this riad? Well, you find the street - it's on Google, then you find #49, and you are steps away - and you phone them. You'll never find the entrance on your own. It's up a small, clean alleyway and you may feel trepidation as you enter, but through their metal gate and it's really nice.

Great location, amazing staff who are very friendly. The room was always clean and the breakfast was lovely. The staff provided a list if tours which were good esp the waterfalls and Essaouria, I'd also recommend the Saadiam tombs, Yves Saint Laurent Gardens and Badhi Palace. I bought a sim card from a market stall on day one, as my provider was going to charge a fortune, having maps on my phone was a game changer

It’s impossible to visit Morocco without staying at a homey Riad. What a gem this place was. The staff treated me like family. Breakfasts were to die for and I was forced to give up my diet and live. As soon as I sat in common area I would have mint tea and coffee and the rooms were super clean. I also did a Gomage abs Massage and felt like a million dollars. Location is very central and within walking distance to everything

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
